Healthy Mommy Sascha is a mom of three and one of our Meal Prep Queens. She has shared some photos from her big meal prep afternoon, where she whipped up 122 SERVES of healthy and delicious snacks – that’s a lot of snacks!

Sascha shares, ‘My family of 5 is on a strict weekly food budget and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge app has helped us so much!

We use weekly meal plans to get organized. This means that food doesn’t go to waste as everything is allocated to a meal or recipe!

The shopping list is essential for us to stay on track while at the grocery store, I no longer go without one!’

With this in mind, Sascha decided to get ahead as she knew she had a busy time coming up.

‘Over the weekend I decided to use the ‘Snack’ search filter in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge app and do as much prep as I could on a budget!

I used a few pantry essentials so that I didn’t have to spend too much at the store. I ended up making 122 serves of delicious snacks.

This will last us for around 3 weeks! I found them all really quick and easy to make plus the kids LOVED getting in the kitchen with me!’
