Marcia Nix McTaggart has lost 20 pounds
December 2018 to December 2019
203 lbs to 183 lbs
Marcia says, “This is it, y’all! The last day of 2019, and how fitting that it’s #TransformationTuesday?!?!
“So, at the end of 2018, I was very disappointed and down on myself because I didn’t end the year hitting any weight loss or fitness goals. I was at my heaviest actually (when not pregnant).
“Fast forward to this year, I’ve lost 20lbs since that picture on the left (purple bra) and I feel FANTASTIC!! I’ve got my confidence back. I’m in a size 12 pants now (was a 16). I’m wearing medium tops vs the XL tops I was wearing then. I lost 5ish lbs on my own (by starving myself basically). Then I found The Healthy Mommy. I started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and learned how to fuel my body properly.
“Now I’ve lost an additional 15lbs since May. So thank you Healthy Mommy for helping me get my groove back! And I can’t wait to see what 2020 brings!!! Happy New Year y’all!!”
Cindy Siegemund has lost 30 pounds

Cindy says, “The photo on the left, taken January 2019, is the photo that started my journey and changed my mindset. I had just bought this new swimsuit online during a sale and I was so excited about it! I took the photo to send to my sister to show her my new purchase, I didn’t take this photo as a progress photo. Although I was happy, I just wasn’t me, I could see my reflection and I knew the number on the scales was high. I had to make a change.
“The photo on the right is a more recent photo, with 30 pounds gone!
“I made a commitment to myself and I stuck to it. I became more strict on myself in terms of eating habits and a no-excuses attitude towards exercise.
“My family supported me immensely and I couldn’t have done it without them.
“The Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge gave me all the tools I needed with delicious healthy recipes, easy and effective workouts and tracking tools with the app.
“I am incredibly thankful to this community who have supported me and inspired me to keep going especially when times were tough.

Jen says, “10 years between these pictures. I’ve had 3 kids and weigh the same. What’s changed is learning to fuel my body from all food groups. No longer restricting carbs and calories. Healthier, lost several inches, down a clothing size, and gained muscle. “
Heather Sheppard Krumbholz has lost 16 pounds
September 2019 to Jan 2020
Heather says, “These pictures are 4 months apart. 16 lbs lost and a lot of confidence gained.
“I’m currently in a healthy body fat and BMI range. I went from not fitting in my size 6 jeans to a size 2. I’m 4’11” so the weight sits on me differently than someone of average height.”
Sheridan has lost 32.5 pounds

Sheridan says, “Transformation Tuesday ladies!! Show us those results! Progress photos are so so important! If you haven’t taken a selfie yet, please please do. It will give you something to look back on and can be a real confidence boost.
“Sometimes the scales play games so we might not see a change, but you will see a change in your photos.
I have been following the Healthy Mommy since May 2018, and I’ve completed 20x 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. I live and breathe the Healthy Mommy lifestyle.
“32.5lbs down since May 2018 and I’m only half a pound from goal. Aiming to hit 150lbs this month but I’m already in strength and toning mode, decreased my body fat and increased muscle mass. I’m so much more fit, strong, healthier, confident!!”
Aimee says, “The photo on the left is from a couple of summers ago. The photo on the right is from today. The outfit is exactly the same clothes. I started Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in June 2019. I have lost 4 inches off of my chest, 5 inches off of my waist, and 5 inches off each thigh. I have lost almost 2 inches off of my hip area.
“Now I have fewer headaches, more energy, and I am much more organized with my meals. My entire family is eating and better.”
Robyn has lost 15 pounds

Robyn says, “I have lost 15lbs and so MUCH more gained. I have the energy to keep up with my family, waking up before my alarm, drinking 80oz water a day. I can run with my kids. I am staying consistent to see long term results and I like to cook now – meals from the app for myself and family. I feel younger.”
Emma says, “The Jean shorts on the left are actually a size smaller than the ones on the right. Gone are the days of sitting on the sideline, now I am kicking the kid’s butts!

Jennifer says, “I can’t stress enough how important pictures are! Only 3 lbs between pictures, but multiple inches and a change in posture! The first picture is at the beginning of July this year. I’m still at the beginning of my journey, but seeing the results in pictures helps with mindset! Happy Christmas Eve!”
