Our 3 Transformation Tuesday winners for this week have lost a combined 64 lbs following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and are looking and feeling FABULOUS. They share below the impact their weight loss is having on their lives.

Moms share how their lives have changed since losing weight

Sheridan Tod “I would never have tucked my shirts in before”

Weight Loss result – 23 lbs in 22 months

Sheridan says “This is me from October 2017 to five minutes ago.

I would NEVER have tucked my shirts in before. But most of them are too big now and I either have to tie them in a knot or tuck in.
I think it’s time for another trip to the mall –  no one tell my husband!
23 lbs and 14.5 inches gone forever!”.

Maria O’Rourke “I no longer need to wear vest tops under my tops!”

Weight Loss result – 33 lbs in 12 months

Maria says “The photo on left is from last year a day before my holiday VS this year a day before my holiday!

I can’t be prouder of myself for battling my demons and pushing myself and my body throughout my weight loss journey. And for The Healthy Mommy for providing me with the tools, videos, recipes, guidance and motivation I needed to get myself to where I am today!

33 lbs weight loss and a whole lot of happiness gained.

I’m still far from where I want to be, but I am much closer too and happier with how I look than what I was when I went away on my previous holiday.

Never think you can’t do it because you can. And trust me when I say ‘if I can do it you can too!’.

My new favorite top is the one I have on and it states ‘I’m doing this for me’

I am now learning that I don’t need to wear a black vest top under my tops”.

Aimee Lennox “I’ve gained a tonne of confidence”

Aimee says “First picture is when I joined The Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges in June 2019.

My weight had been fluctuating for years and I was getting ready to give up when I joined The Healthy Mommy.

I have now dropped about 8 lbs in 2 months and gained a tonne of confidence.

I’ve lost over 1 inch from my bust and waist and more on my thighs.

My kids workout with me and cook with me. My family eats the same as me. I love our lifestyle change.

Same suit, two 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges later. Top is now loose. It’s a tankini that I pulled up for the pictures.”
