Charlotte has lost an AMAZING 57 lbs

Charlotte says,“9 months ago this girl wasn’t comfortable in herself. She couldn’t and wouldn’t run. She hid behind baggy clothes. Now, this girl is 57 lbs lighter and lives life to the fullest. She goes for jogs almost every day and loves wearing tight jeans. 9 months is ALL it takes.”

Bec has lost 59 lbs

Bec says “Silver dress I bought on my honeymoon when at my slimmest. I was 31 (9 years ago) and have had 3 kids since. Although I was fit when I bought it, I never wore it because I didn’t have body confidence. Now I have body confidence thanks to The Healthy Mommy!”.
