1. 2 Ingredient Homemade Pizza Dough
Brooke Jones was preparing her family a late dinner and she was running out of time, so pulled together this delicious pizza.

“So easy and delicious. After a few days of overindulging it is just what I need!” she says. Â
What a great and yummy dinner, and something the kids will definitely say yes to! You can grab the recipe from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge recipe hub.
2. Tabouli with Lemon Pepper Squid
Melanie Arnold-Stemm made this delicious meal and loved it!
“Using the tabouli from a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge recipe, as a side for lemon pepper squid, and all I can say is YUM!” she says.
She made enough for lunch the next day too!
The recipe for both the tabouli and lemon pepper squid can be found in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge recipe hub.
3. Smashed Egg with Mayo Wrap
Tash Scheidegger says that sometimes we forget how simple our eating can be.
Eating healthy doesn’t always have to be expensive, “I just made smashed egg with mayo and used lettuce as a wrap. Was delicious!” Tash says.
“Eating healthy can cost you money but eating unhealthily can cost you your life,” she explains.
4. Roasted Cauliflower Nachos
Cassie McKay has been looking forward to this meal all day!
“I have been looking forward to this all day… I never imagined I’d be looking forward to a plate of cauliflower, but here I am” she says.

“It’s the Asian Vegetarian Stir Fry from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meal plan here tonight but I’ve added some chicken that was in my freezer stash and used the cauliflower to make rice to serve it with!  Stir fries are one of my favorite quick and easy, yet fabulously cheap go-to meals!” she says of her delicious meal.
6. Asian barbeque pork with greens and rice
Lauren Kolstad says this is the only thing her 2-year-old will eat without fail, she added a few extra veggies too!
“Asian barbeque pork with rice and greens (we added a few different vegetables) is hands down the only meal that Zoe my 2-year-old will eat every single time without fail.Â
