Chelsea says “I started my journey in March 2019 because I had got to a point I had let myself go I didn’t care about me or what I fed my body.

The meals are now our everyday lifestyle. I prep most of my food to make it easier and I still have an occasional junk item but I don’t enjoy it.

I started off with very minimal exercise being obese – my heart would race even just walking up the hill. Now I can run that hill!.
