Q: Why 28 Days?
28 days is how long the human body needs to see and feel changes. It’s the winning formula to build better habits towards a life change and achieve your weight loss goals.
Q: If i pay on the website, do I need to pay on the app, too?
No, The Healthy Mommy App is included as part of your membership! There are NO additional fees. When you join the challenge, your login details will provide you access to the app.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can. You can pause, switch to a different plan, or cancel whenever you like. Because you’re on a subscription, if you don’t cancel, your low rate membership will continue. In order to cancel, simply log into the website and follow the prompts in your account to cancel online.
Q: If a better offer comes through, can I switch to it?
Yes, you can. We will always fight to offer you the best possible rate to suit your needs & budget.
Q: I don’t know where to start, where do I go?
Not to worry! When you join we’ll send you a Starter Guide on how to begin, what to prepare and how to ease your way into the program. We do recommend you jump on Facebook and join our private support group https://www.facebook.com/groups/thehealthymommy and download the App immediately. In the community there are so many tips and videos from real moms doing the challenge.
Q: What kind of support will I get?
24/7 support!! We have an online customer support team who work around the clock to keep you informed and assist with any questions you may have. We also have an online community of over 200,000 real moms who can help should you have any questions about the meal planning, workout programs, tips etc.
Q: Can you tell me more about the exercise program?
Our exercise program has been designed by our personal trainer JUST FOR MOMS to do AT HOME – even when the kids around – so the exercise sessions are never longer than 30 minutes! There are a variety of levels, and you can start simple and slow and over time build up your strength and stamina.
Q: Can you tell me about the dietary options on the 28 Day Challenge?
Dietary options are completely flexible to suit you and your family. You can completely customize your meal plan to be gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free, vegan, vegetarian or low carb. Any other intolerances (or fussy eaters!) that you have, it’s in your control to remove or replace from the plan. All of the recipes in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge are designed to teach you how to cook healthy meals using fresh ingredients from scratch. They use a wide variety of ingredients so you can find what works for you and your family. There are lots of recipes that are kid friendly, budget conscious, and quick to cook so they fit in with a busy mom’s life. With over 1000 recipes to choose from, you are sure to find recipes to suit your needs and tastes.

Q: How do I Complete The Healthy Mommy Fitness Program?
When you first sign into the Challenge App and answer the questions about your BMR and activity levels, the App will suggest a total amount of activity minutes and workout routine you should aim to complete each day.
You can access Today’s Workout from the Fitness tab at the bottom of the home screen of your Healthy Mommy App. You can follow any of the full-length workout videos available in the Fitness Library or the recommended in your Fitness Program.
Record your activity by clicking on the ‘Record This Workout’ button after completing a video workout.
You can add in any other exercise you’ve completed for the day such as a walk or run or add in your daily steps by tapping the Activity Goal area on the home screen. If you are synching with a FitBit, then your daily steps will be listed here too.
Q: How do I get my Healthy Mommy App to work on my iPad?
The Healthy Mommy App is optimised for viewing on mobile phones.
We are aware that it doesn’t fill the screen on tablets, and are working on a fix for this which will be coming in a future update.
Q: What do I need to download the Healthy Mommy App?
For Apple devices, you need iOS 9.0 or later and we recommend keeping up to date with the latest iOS version available for your device. Apple advises that you should make sure you are logged into the same iTunes account that you used to purchase the App.
Although the App Store may show an update is available, you need to be logged into the original Apple ID that you used to purchase the app to be able to download any updates. Be sure you are using the same Apple ID.
For Android devices, you need Android version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or later and we recommend keeping up to date with the latest available Android version for your device.
Required versions of iOS and Android
iOS – minimum is v9.0 – recommended is v12.1 (current)
Android – minimum is v4.1 (Jelly Bean) – recommended is v9 (Pie) (current)
iOS 9 was released in March 2016 and is compatible with iPhone 4S, 5, 5C,5S, 6, 6 Plus, iPad Air, Air 2 and 3rd and 4th-gen iPad, iPad 2, iPad Mini (1st generation), 2, 3, 4, iPad Pro 12.9inch and 9.7inch as well as 5th and 6th-gen iPod Touch. Devices that do not support this iOS include the original (“old”) iPad, iPhone 4 or iPhone 3 models.
Any of these devices can be updated to the most recent iOS (v12.1) iPad Air 1, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro (12.9, 2015), iPad Pro (9.7), iPad 2017, iPad Pro (10.5), iPad Pro (12.9, 2017), iPad 2018. iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4. We recommend that you update your device to the most recent available update.
For Android, the minimum operating system your device needs to be able to run our new app is version 4 (Jelly Bean) which was released October 31, 2013. The most recent update was released in August 2018. Most devices can run at least version 5 (released 2014). Some older devices cannot be updated or do not have updates available from their manufacturers.
We have successfully tested the app on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (and up), Galaxy S4 (and up), Nexus 5 (and up), Google Pixel, LG G6 (and up), Nexus 7 and Nexus 9, and ZTE (Telstra 4GX A462) devices.
We recommend keeping your device up to date with the latest version of the app at all times. If you are updating an app directly on your device, make sure you are connected to WiFi.
To make sure you are connected to WiFi, go to the Settings app on your device’s home screen, tap Wi-Fi and make sure Wi-Fi is toggled ON and you are connected to a wireless network.
Q: I can’t login to the app – help!
We are sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in to the Healthy Mommy App. Here are some troubleshooting tips which should resolve the issue.
1. You can use the login details you setup on the website to access the Healthy Mommy App. If you can’t remember your password, simply click Forgot Password on the login screen, and we will guide you to choosing a new password.
2. For some of our Moms the app is defaulting to an alternative country. Please make sure you have US selected.
3. Please log out, force close the app, and re-open and try logging in again. This step resolves 90% of login issues.

Q: Can I stream the App to my TV?

Q: How do I find the Healthy Mommy App?
Search for “The Healthy Mommy” in the App store of your preferred device, on Apple or Google devices.
Q: Can I access Previous Challenges?
Yes! Once you become a Healthy Mommy Challenge member you can access previous Challenges within the App.
