Flash Mob rocks Sydney Australia with Healthy Mommy song and dance!!!

An entertained crowd joined in with the Healthy Mommy song and dance to celebrate World Healthy Mommy Month in Sydney!

To help the moms in our global community get into the celebratory spirit for World Healthy Mommy Month, along with our EPIC BODY CONFIDENCE shoots in Sydney, New York and London we wrote and recorded a song for all the Healthy Mommies out there. And with any good song you have to have a dance so we got our fantastic DanceFit instructor Dee to choreograph a Healthy Mommy dance!

Check out what happened when Dee started dancing in the middle of Sydney!!! People couldn’t help themselves but join in with the catchy tune and dance moves!

Well done Dee for getting everyone moving!!!
