Having been a self-confessed “big girl all my adult life” mom-of-2 Sophie is now rocking her new svelte body and embracing the JOY and BODY CONFIDENCE that comes with it.
She shares some before and after photos of her dramatic transformation, which are sure to give you the feels!. WOW!
When you are happy within yourself it shows. And for mom-of-2 Sophie Roberts it’s impossible to hide.
Pure JOY was literally pouring out of her as captured in some recent photos taken at her friend’s wedding.
“I just can’t wipe the smile from my face”
Sophie says “I just can’t wipe the smile from my face”.
Living a Healthy Mommy life
Sophie joined The Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge 18 months ago and has been living her happiest and healthiest life ever since.
She follows the Healthy Mommy 28 Day Challenge recipes, has a Healthy Mommy smoothie for breakfast each day, and usually exercises at the gym 2-3 times a week.
Weight loss result – 55 pounds in 18 months
Sophie says “Left was my engagement party in 2012, pre-kids. On the right it is 2020 and I have 2 kids!
My heaviest weight was 242 pounds in 2015. I now weigh 138 pounds.
I have been a Healthy Mommy for 18months now and lost 55 pounds in that time”.
Body confidence restored
There is no denying that Sophie was beautiful before and is beautiful now, but the big difference is not only her physical shape but how she feels on the inside.
She says “The Healthy Mommy has helped me LOSE the extra weight I had been carrying for my entire adult life.
and GAIN the confidence to rock a tight, short dress at a wedding yesterday.”
‘One hot chilli mom’
When Sophie shared her before and after photos in the Private Healthy Mommy Facebook Support Group she was flooded with compliments, but the one that made her smile the most was
“Oh wow! Girl you were stunning before and now one hot hot chilli mom. Rocking the short crop and killing those heels. Just good on you”.
Sophie says she had never been referred to as a ‘hot chilli mom’ before but will happily take that compliment.
Sophie’s advice re regaining confidence
When you have transformed your body in such a major way it is often hard for your mind to catch up with your body. And as such sometimes you still feel like the ‘big girl’ despite having lost weight.
Sophie gives some valuable advice about regaining your confidence.
She says “I feel like confidence is sometimes one of those ‘fake it till you make it’.
Practice practice practice.
Push yourself out of your comfort zone and you will grow”.

Well she certainly has good reason to feel proud. What an amazing transformation.
