Steph McCullock is one amazing mom! She is smashing her weight loss goals and has dropped SIX dress sizes!
She has been following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and says she is the healthiest she has ever been.
This year has been Steph’s healthiest year yet. “It is still hard for me to believe that last year I weighed over 300 lbs and wore a size 26,” she says of her weight loss.
Today Steph is an incredible 211 lbs and 14-16 in dress size, having lost over 100 lbs and 6 dress sizes plus over 59 inches.
“This year I completed the Raw Challenge and won my first fitness challenge (a female category for most muscle gain),” Steph says proudly. “I also played competitive netball and won our division!”
Finally living life to the fullest!
Steph’s weight loss is all about her journey to health and fitness, “It’s a lifestyle now.” The busy mom says it all comes down to preparation and motivation and her biggest obstacle is juggling her busy life.
She makes sure she is always prepared by meal prepping, “I meal prep like crazy! I do fortnightly preps for both lunch and dinners,” Steph says.

“Being able to play with my son including climbing through equipment and small tunnels; being happier in myself and growing even closer to my hubby; having the confidence to land a new job and step up in my career.
