Customizing the monthly meal plan

As a Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member, Phila gets access to a delicious and nutritious meal plan each month with meals focused around a particular theme. For her, the focus for the month was on belly blasting. In additions there are lots of exercise videos you can follow along too, in the comfort of your home.

Members can choose to follow our meal plans to the letter, or customize them to suit their own requirements or special likes or dislikes.

In addition to preparing her meals from scratch from the Challenge meal plan Phila followed a number of exercises from the Challenge App and says she also walked for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Phila is not new to The Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.

Prior to the Belly Blasting Challenge she had lost 16lbs (going down from 181 lbs to 165 lbs) and dropped down 2 dress sizes (from size 14 to 10). All by following our 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meals plans and exercise videos.

Weight loss results after Belly Blasting Challenge – 9 lbs

‘My weight (mid June) before the 28-Day Belly Blasting Challenge was 165 lb and now (end July) I weigh in at 157 lb. That’s a loss of 9 lbs.’

This brings Phila’s total weight loss to date to 25 lbs. Wow!

She says “Before the Challenge, I felt very sluggish and bloated but now I feel so energetic, lighter and my waistline has slimmed down!”
