- 7 oz desiccated coconut plus extra to decorate (optional)
- 18 oz dried apricots
- 3.5 oz dried dates
Ingredients

- Grease and line a square baking tray.
- Blitz the coconut, apricots and dates in a food processor until well combined.
- Press mixture firmly into baking tray and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Cut into 80 small squares and coat them with the additional desiccated coconut, if using.
Recipe makes 80 small squares at 32 calories per square
