Secondly, it requires ZERO BAKING.

And thirdly, it makes EIGHTY squares of apricot-y goodness!

These Apricot Bites have just THREE INGREDIENTS, requires ZERO BAKING, and it makes EIGHTY squares of apricot-y goodness!

Instructions
  1. Grease and line a square baking tray.
  2. Blitz the coconut, apricots and dates in a food processor until well combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into baking tray and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 80 small squares and coat them with the additional desiccated coconut, if using.
