Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C / gas mark 6 and line a tray with baking paper.
Puree garlic, rosemary, and olives together to form a chunky paste.
Cover the puff pastry with the olive paste and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
Roll the pastry up until it looks like a long roll.
Gently slice the roll into 6 equal sized segments.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared tray and bake for 15 – 20 minutes until pastry is golden. 1 pinwheel is 1 serve.
