dried dates

peanut butter

cacao/cocoa powder

desiccated coconut
Instructions
Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes and drain.
Add the dates, rolled oats, peanut butter and cacao/cocoa to a blender and blend until well combined and coming together.
Roll the mix into 20 balls and roll each one into some desiccated coconut.
Two balls is 1 serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
