Instant Pot Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal
This Instant Pot Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal gives you all of the flavors of a cinnamon roll but with healthier ingredients. It’s the perfect breakfast balance of sweet and savory. Not to mention it’s full of fiber and protein, which will help keep you full until your next meal.
It takes 40 minutes to make but your Instant Pot does most of the work for you. Just throw in the ingredients, set the timer and walk away. Your perfectly cooked oats await.

- cooking oil spray
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups reduced-fat milk of choice
- 4 tsp stevia or maple syrup
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

- Spray the bottom of the Instant Pot with some cooking oil spray. Add all of the oatmeal ingredients to the Instant Pot and mix well.
- Lock the lid into place and set the valve to seal. Select MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK mode on HIGH for 40 minutes.
- When cooking is complete allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the steam.
- While steam is releasing, prepare the frosting (see instructions below).
- When all steam has been released, unlock the lid and open. Divide the oats and frosting evenly between the bowls too. Top with a dash of cinnamon and serve.
- Prepare frosting by combining the cream cheese and vanilla yogurt in a bowl.
