  1. Spray the bottom of the Instant Pot with some cooking oil spray. Add all of the oatmeal ingredients to the Instant Pot and mix well.
  2. Lock the lid into place and set the valve to seal. Select MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK mode on HIGH for 40 minutes.
  3. When cooking is complete allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the steam.
  4. While steam is releasing, prepare the frosting (see instructions below).
  5. When all steam has been released, unlock the lid and open. Divide the oats and frosting evenly between the bowls too. Top with a dash of cinnamon and serve.

  1. Prepare frosting by combining the cream cheese and vanilla yogurt in a bowl.
