    Instructions
    1. Use a spiralizer or peeler to slice zucchini into noodles.

    2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic and sauté for a minute or two.
    3. Add the tuna and zucchini noodles and stir to combine ingredients.

    4. Remove from the heat, add lemon juice, zest, parsley, pine nuts and Parmesan.
    5. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
