Make crepe batter by mixing flour, egg, milk and oil until smooth, add a little water if needed to make a thin batter.
If preparing more than one serving, cook one serving at a time as follows: melt half a teaspoon of butter per serving in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add a 1/4 cup of the crepe batter per serving, swirling to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove crepe and set aside to keep warm.
Heat the remaining butter (per serving) and cook the remaining batter. You should be able to make 2 crepes per serving.
Spread each crepe with a little peanut butter and top with some slices of banana. Wrap each crepe up to serve.
