Instructions
  1. Combine ground beef with green onion, dried herbs and season with salt and pepper. Roll into three meatballs per serving.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Preheat oven broiler to high.
  4. Slice the bread roll down the middle but don’t cut all the way through.
  5. Add the meatballs to the roll, top with crushed tomato and sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
