Instructions
  1. Place chia seeds, milk, water, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup into a bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together, pour into a serving glass or bowl, cover and place in fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  3. When ready to serve top with blueberries and shredded coconut.
