- 1 cup reduced-fat milk of choice
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Ingredients

- Place chia seeds, milk, water, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup into a bowl.
- Whisk all ingredients together, pour into a serving glass or bowl, cover and place in fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
- When ready to serve top with blueberries and shredded coconut.
