Mom reversed her fatty liver and reduced her cholesterol to healthy range. Here’s how.

Sheridan is a 38 year old mom who lives in Virginia with her husband and 2 daughters (aged 6 and 9).

18 months ago during a routine visit to her doctor she received news about her health that shocked her.  Now feeling better than ever, she shares how she was able to reverse her fatty liver, lower her high cholesterol to a healthy range and lose 27 lbs.

“My health wake up call!”

Sheridan says “In October 2017 I was told by my Doctor that I had HIGH CHOLESTEROL and a FATTY LIVER.

I was in shock to be honest.

I’d never had any health issues and was concerned because heart disease and heart attacks run in my family.

I had to have a scan of my liver to ensure that the readings they were getting from blood tests were not related to something else, which thankfully they were not.

This was the wakeup call Sheridan needed to force her to start taking back control of her health.

Unfortunately in a desperate bid to lose weight quickly she turned to diet pills. She says “I chose to go down the path of prescription diet pills which made me so sick and I only lost 5lbs”.

“It wasn’t until I found The Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in May the following year that everything fell into place” says Sheridan.
