Ebony O’Connor began her journey with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge just over a year ago and has since smashed her initial goal of weighing 140 lbs and now weighs 125 lbs.
She is so much happier than she has ever been and she thanks The Healthy Mommy for changing her life, and even though she has had her struggles, she has not looked back!
Ebony has set herself a new goal for 2019 and that is to tone up!

Ebony is happier, healthier and stronger than she has ever been!
“I got a lovely compliment today from my gym instructor after I shared my transformation with her,” Ebony says of her weight loss.
“She said I should become a Body Combat instructor myself, she also admitted that she is considering doing The Healthy Mommy!”

“The Healthy Mommy has changed my life and I’d be honored to share my story!” Ebony explains.
“I started my Healthy Mommy Journey at 176 lbs just over a year ago, after the birth of my son.
I hated the way I looked and decided to make a change; not only for myself but for my family. I wanted to be a good role model for my son and become the happy, healthy mom I knew I could be,” Ebony says.
“I have struggled with my weight since high school, it didn’t help that I was constantly trialing different medications for my mental health. Even though I still take medication for my depression, it hasn’t stopped me from reaching my goals!
I smashed my initial goal of 140 lbs, I now weigh 125 lbs and my goal for 2019 is toning!”
Ebony started slowly walking every day as well as using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. She also regularly attended two Les Mills Classes a week.
“The Healthy Mommy program is not about ‘a quick fix’ but a lifestyle change!
I love how convenient and family friendly the meals are! The whole family enjoys eating the food,” she says.
Ebony gives some important advice to you as you embark on your health journey
- “The most important piece of advice I can give is, be consistent!
- We all have bad days when we make unhealthy choices and that’s okay.
- The key is not to give up and ensure you make a better choice for your next meal.”
