5 tips to always remember when exercising
Remember that life is about being happy and healthy. Eat well, sleep sound and train consistently. Wake up and workout before the day disappears and excuses arise.
Try to buddy up with your girl friend, another Mother, with your child if you ever need an extra accountability. Even if you are not in the same room.
We all know that you will feel better after exercising because of the happy hormones released and ‘if you don’t use it, you loose it’ saying.
Form and technique of the exercise is first and intensity is second. If in doubt, go slower or have a small break. If your joints or spine is sore, see a Physiotherapist.
Enjoy exercising, start to create reasons WHY to DO IT, not excuses why not to. Turn the music up, dance, relax, enjoy feeling stronger, more flexible with more vitality!
