40-year-old mom-of-two Phila has lost 16 lbs with the Healthy Mommy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and is loving the CONFIDENCE she has gained and the HUGE rise in her energy levels.
She is one of six AMAZING moms who won a trip to New York City to participate in The Healthy Mommy Body Confidence photo shoot. Which is a celebration of moms living their happiest and healthiest lives.
Busy mom Phila is a picture of health and happiness and she credits much of this to living The Healthy Mommy lifestyle.

Phila has lost 16 lbs (going down from 181 lbs to 165 lbs) and gone down 2 dress sizes (from size 14 to 10).

Phila’s tips for weight loss
Phila offers her top 3 tips to help other moms with their weight loss goals:
- Love yourself enough to treat and feed your body healthy and nutritious foods.
- Move your body every day, even if it’s just half an hour of brisk walking.
- Get enough rest, at least 6-8 hours/ night.
