Immunity Boosting Chicken Broth

Soups are ideal to help boost your immunity as not only do they hydrate you with the high liquid content but they’re also loaded with nutrients that are cooked into the meal. Garlic, ginger and lean protein are all great immunity boosters.

- 2 cups liquid chicken stock sodium-reduced
- 1 tbs fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- 1 clove garlic peeled and sliced
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- Cook noodles according to package directions and place in a serving bowl.
- Place the chicken stock in a saucepan over a medium-high heat. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer and add sliced ginger, garlic and green onion.
- Simmer for a minute or two, pour over noodles and garnish with fresh parsley to serve.
