We were serious when we said we were designed by moms, for moms! Our team of expert (moms!) are deep in the fields of nutrition, exercise, and psychological change, while completely understanding the demands and life as a mom.

Rhian Allen, Founder, Mom of 2
Rhian created the Healthy Mommy and it’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge 9 years ago to support all moms after she had her first baby, when she realised there was no weight loss program designed specifcally for moms. Since then, she’s worked nonstop helping moms and building our plans, community and products to become the #1 healthy eating and weight loss program JUST FOR MOMS!


Samantha Cassety, Nutrition Director, Mom of 1
Samantha, MS RD, has spent her life helping millions on their healthy eating journey all over the US. Sam is nationally recognized as The Healthy Mommy’s food, wellness and nutrition expert.
Her background in healthy eating is deep: she’s spent 6 years as the Nutrition Director at Good Housekeeping, helping 24 million readers with healthy eating advice., and previously, 3 years at Luvo as VP of Nutrition developing healthy, delicious snacks and meals. Additionally, she’s written The Girlfriends Diet and 7 Years Younger (NYTimes bestseller). A sought-after expert for both broadcast and print media outlets, Samantha also writes a column for NBC News Better.


Wendy Smith, Personal Trainer to Moms, Mom of 2
Wendy’s spent the last 20 years training moms to get fit and strong! You’ll see her in lots of our Daily Fitness Plans busting you into shape! She knows what it takes to follow a realistic plan at home to start moving and getting fit in no time.


Shara Smith, Mental Coach, Mom of 3
Shara is a psychotherapist and a counsellor, who has over 12 years experience in the mental health, life coaching and self-care sector. While she loves her husband and three kids, she also loves watching re-runs of Sex in the City and baking decadent cookies that only she gets to eat.


Cheree Sheldon, Nutritionist, Mom of 2
Cheree is a trained naturopath, and nutritionist. She’s been the force designing our delicious, balanced meal plans.


Nikki Boswell, Nutritionist, Mom of 3
Nikki has been a Nutritionist (Masters in Human Nutrition) since 2013 and a Personal Trainer since 2006. She has strong experience in community and early years nutrition, government programs on family kids eating plans.
Nikki is a mom to 3 children and loves creating healthy, easy to prepare meals for her family and clients as well as easy to follow exercise plans.
