The Ultimate 5 Ingredient Ham and Cheese Baked Potato

Here’s a really nourishing lunch or dinner that you can easily prepare with your own favorite toppings. Ideal for the kids too – get them to add their own toppings so they’re involved with healthy food prep.

Ham and Cheese Baked Potato
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Prick potatoes with a fork and wrap each potato in foil or baking paper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour until tender.
  4. Preheat broiler to high. Dice ham and combine with beans and chopped tomato.
  5. Cut potatoes into quarters, leaving a bit attached at the base.
  6. Open the center, then fill with baked bean mixture.
  7. Top with grated cheese and place under broiler for a minute or two to melt cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
