This Healthy Mommy and Daddy have lost a whopping 128 pounds between them. They were determined to be a healthy family who can go for walks together and run around with their little boy without feeling sluggish and out of breath.

“One thing I love about The Healthy Mommy is it caters to the whole family. Changing my lifestyle became so much easier having my husband on board with me. Everything we eat is inspired by The Healthy Mommy and since our engagement photo shoot back in August 2019 to our Valentine’s Day photoshoot a few days ago, I have noticed not only a major shift in my weight but my husband’s as well.
“It’s super comforting to know that our lives have changed for the better and we are definitely a lot happier with our new clothes sizes & figures,” shared Cathy.
Nicholas’ weight loss story
Nicholas Flier, 24, started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in November 2018. He has gone from 265 pounds to 191 pounds and from a size 40-42 in pants to a 34 and from a XL to a M.
Nicholas has noticed an increase in energy, less sluggishness, and less fat food cravings.
Cathy says, “At first Nic was skeptical about trying the foods as he was concerned it wasn’t going to taste ‘normal’ because of the food alternatives but once trying the recipes, he fell in love with them like me. Also alternating certain foods for things he did like helped.

Nic’s motivation advice
“It’s okay to have down days just be strong enough to jump back on the wagon when you’re feeling yourself again.”
Nicholas wants to become fit enough to run a home base at baseball.
Cathy’s weight loss story
Cathy Flier, 23, mom of a 4-year-old boy. She has lost a total of 55 pounds with The Healthy Mommy and gone down 2-3 dress sizes from size 14 to size 6-10 since joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge with Nic in November 2018.
Cathy shares, “Not only has my whole figure changed, but I also walk taller, I have so much more energy to run around with my son and I now enjoy cooking/baking and exercise.
I love having a personal trainer in my pocket, it’s such a great tool for keeping on track. My favorite would be the ability to meal prep and have my shopping list done for me!”
