No Sugar Rocky Road
- 7oz sugar free chocolate
- 2oz sugar free marshmallows
- 2oz sugar free soft candy of choice
- 2oz chopped peanuts
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave on low.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, tip into a small lined tray, and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Chop into 8 chunky squares and serve.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container
