Growing up as a teen and adult in the 80’s & 90’s past and carbs were made to be the enemy in the media.
But Healthy Mommy has taught me that carbs can be good and I just need to make them healthy carbs.
I now eat pasta nearly every week sometimes even every day. I just use either wholegrain pasta, gluten free pasta or quinoa pasta instead of white regular pasta now.
I have lost over 61lbs from eating healthy carbs & pasta in my meals each week. I love that with Healthy Mommy we don’t have to cut out food groups or feel deprived!
